No urges to report. Busy day at work followed by happy hour with some colleagues. I’m more confident socially than I’ve ever been in the past, and I think I can attribute most (if not all) of this to living a PMO-free life.

Stumbled across some triggering content today, which led to urges. Fortunately, I didn’t indulge the urges or engage in any peeking — although it definitely was tempting. All in all, however, I’m proud of how I handled it. Going to have to be on-guard for this sort of stuff moving forward though.

Experienced some minor urges in the earlier part of the day, but was able to resist them. Went out with some friends tonight and just now got back to my apartment. Hope everyone has a porn-free weekend!

No urges today. Intended to have a relaxing Sunday, but ended up getting swamped with random errands. I did, however, get to watch an episode of one of my favorite shows of all-time — HBO’s “The Pacific.”

Hope everyone has a porn-free week.

Didn’t get a chance to post last night, as my internet and cell service weren't working where I was.

No urges today or yesterday. Paid a surprise visit to my grandparents and had great time with them. Hope everyone on here had a relaxing and porn-free weekend!

No urges today. Trying my first case tomorrow. Feeling nervous but also confident. This confidence would have been unimaginable this time last year. The kindest possible thing you can do for your future self is abstaining from porn today (and tomorrow, and the next day, and so on). Life’s too short to be addicted to porn.
