Been 2 days since I last fapped, I count that as a win!
Past 2 months I have managed a few times of breaking my daily falling habit.
Hoping that this streak will last at least a week.
It's so hard and I have come to realize that it really is an addiction. Going to delete Instagram and even thinking of dumping my smart phone for a few weeks (avoid watching porn etc)
