REFRACTORY PERIOD

Hello, it's been quite long since I last wrote something. I got so engaged in the ups and downs of Porn struggles. Personally I've had multiple relapses but still we won't give up. Nonetheless my worry is on the refractory period. I can now have sex but after ejaculating I can't get to get my penis hard. It's frustrating, at times I get lucky to have another erection but then my spouse happens not to be in yhe mood. So is there a way out of this? Like something I can do to reduce time on this refractory period? Or still does it ever get better?

Is your partner pressuring you for more sex? It’s usually best not to put any performance pressure on yourself. It’s actually the most effective way to improve. All the best.
