L-Tyrosine supplements observation

I've been taking L-Tyrosine supplements for a while now, nothing positive about it. The only result is increased brain fog and emotional numbness. The " invisible barrier " between my brain and reality becomes stronger. Like depersonalization, disconnected from reality... really weird. Time to stop. I don't advice for reboots.

Trying Magnesium L-Threonate to improve REM sleep now...
