Hello im just curios. So im watching movies with my family, and while im watching I see girls in bikinis, and a little talk about sex, and im just curious if thats bad for my reboot. Im 32 days clean on hardmode, and I can control my urges. So I was just curious if this will ruin my reboot.

The problems seem to come mostly from deliberately seeking out stimulation. However, if you are feeling triggered and such images cause you to use porn, then you may need to avoid them for a while. Stay strong!

I understand. I was watching a couple horror movies and expected to see some nudity, but most of the time I looked away, and when I did see it, it didnt trigger me or make me think about or watch porn. But I don’t think I deliberately was seeking out the porn stimulation. It was just a movie night with my family and friends.
