I’m 45 and have been looking at porn for over 20 years. In the last 12 years or so I’ve done some pretty heavy use. I’ve tried to quit several times alone or with minimal help (an uncomfortable counsellor) and it has not worked.
I’m actually 20 years clean on sober and needed others to get recovery.
I just want to touch base, get advice, and get and give some encouragement.
