Day 153: Still saying away. Will I never go back. I am not sure. Recently I feel like missing it as I am going through some stressful time.

Day 164: Well, still saying away. I am through it. Will I never go back? I have no clue. What have I gained? No shame or guilt. Not thinking about sex.

Day 172: Still staying away, but after a long time had sex with wife. Just 2 times in last 172 days. Very bad by any standard, but the highlight is that I was able to stay away from self pleasure. Still I feel that I am not rooted in reality. Still spend lot of time on screen and black circles are coming around my eyes.
