Hey guys
So i've decided to create a new journal to document my experiences and hopefully take any advice or suggestions that will help me return to normalcy in the fastest time possible. Anyway i'm 35 years old and masturbated to porn from Spring 2014 to off and on in 2024. So we could say 10 years of abusing my body unfortunately. I started seeing sex workers on a consistent basis around 2020 and have been using them to deal with many of feelings of depression, anger, feelings of rejection with the opposite sex and as a sexual outlet. Anyway i've decided to recommit to staying away from viewing porn substitutes (escort ads) and continuing with only using allowing sex to be my only option for orgasm and just focusing on other aspects on my life and focusing on taking therapy seriously to deal with a lot of trauma concerning women. Anyway my physical symptoms is that i do get morning wood, rarely achieve 100% strength when i have sex and feelings or sensations when i have sex aren't the best. Any suggestions on how i can improve any of those things including restoring my libido to what it once was would be helpful.
Anway my gameplan is the following
- Avoid all porn substitutes (hardcore porn is outlawed in my state, so not easy to view)
- No masturbation at all (day 91 of no masturbating)
- Continue having sex but may go hardmode again at some point
- Focus on improving my diet including adding foods to improve sexual vitality or libido
- Start exercising more. I walk regularly now even though i don't lift weights
Any other suggestions are welcomed.
