Hey, guys, I was thinking today about all the lies that pmo tells us. All of the things that it promises us but at the end of the day, takes from us. From mental health to self confidence. What are some of the lies pmo has told you?

If you break your streak, you'll finally "find" happiness

Everyone "deserves" a little fun here and there
