Low libido and unreliable erections

Day 7 free

I am back, my usage of porn has diminished to once every two weeks but it is still a problem. I don’t get the arousal for normal sex I used to have when I was 15, I also know that I should not expect to be like when I was 15 since I am 35 now but I want to enjoy sex , I want my libido again, I went to the doctor they say that physically I am good that with my 300 points of testosterone I should be having erections but I think it is a little low. I don’t want to take exogenous testosterone cause then I will kill my own capacity to produce my own T. I am here to quit porn and then little by little increase my testosterone naturally. English is my second language that is why I might no be able to explain my situation better.

Today that mark is 7 days free.

Today I woke up did some exercise and listened to a really cool podcast about the easy peasy method. They talked the book also with the same name and the white book of the sexaholics anonymous. I will give it a look.

Libido is low but I realized in order to wake up with a good morning wood is to stop looking at your phone at least a couple of hours before going to sleep. Your brain rests betters.

Nothing much to report. Having low libido makes it easier to not fall in the temptation. I leave my phone outside the room and stop watching tv or phone at least 1 hours before going to sleep. That makes me to rest better and I wake with good morning woods, when I don’t rest well there is not morning woods. Big change. “Your brain in porn”is all a good resource for the ones that struggle with this issue.

Remember to quit Porn for you not for anybody else. It might sound good to have motivations as family, wife or kids. But what you have to remember is that if you love yourself you need to quit whatever makes you harm. And porn is nothing but useless harm, I wish I had quit when I was young but movies, tv, or pseudo professionals say it is harmless. They are wrong and you and I know it.

You can actually improve your T quite substantially with good diet, good sleep, lower stress. The natural range is like 250-1000 so even though you're on the low side, I agree you shouldn't seek external boosts.

I agree with you. Nighstshift plays a major role in harming my T, I tried to eat as best as I can but sometimes due to exhaustion I eat whatever I can. Thank got commenting my friend hope you are doing well.

Day 20,

Nightshift is exhausting, I tried to do some exercises before I go to work and try to sleep 7 hours but because I am sleeping during the day I always wake up at least once. Facebook is a major temptation I have stop following anybody that posts sexual stuff, there is no need to try my will of power, just need to remove any exposure to that kind of content. So far so good.

After a long graveyard is time to go to sleep 179 days to be free and after I reach the 200 days I will never fail again, I won’t be deceived by trap of porn, I love myself and I love my family too much to waste my time in a destructive habit like that. I have already wasted many years or maybe see it from another personal. Maybe I could say that I had to endure all that to learn and live and better life and teach my kids about this evil. My kid deserves the best dad he can have, my wife deserves the best husband she can have, I want my parents to be proud and most of all I want be the best version of me.

Day 22.

I have finish my last nigbtshift I will finally sleep well. For the ones that have not experienced this, there is nothing like sleeping during the night. It is such a pleasure.
