Hi everyone
I’m suffering a lot from porno
I don’t know what to do
I don’t have anyone to talk about this

I’m not getting able to quit porb
I’ve lost my ability for good strong erection for a long years, actually I’m on porn from 13, I think.

I’m wondering and struggled, is it even possible for me to perform myself in sex like it was when I were 16?

I’m looking at this normal healthy guys at porn and I’m jealous of them
They seems so happy

(I’m talking about amateur porn with real people)

Welcome to the forum. We’re all here working towards the same thing with varying levels of success. But so long as you keep moving forwards things will improve.

I would recommend reading other journals. There are some amazing success stories out there. You can even learn from those like me still struggling years later. Even though I’m still battling on I have found a huge improvement where sex is concerned. It is not something I talk about often, but this journey has made a huge difference for me, and it can be the same for you.
