If you're seriously trying to reboot, you should definitely cut out Porn (P) and Porn-Masturbation-Orgasm (PMO - masturbating with porn). Most cut out masturbation completely and shoot for a goal of at least 90 days without PMO. Good luck!
Had a boner today and when it died down sole semen came put and I am starting to get bones again when I relapse I felt like the things I did their help me heal because now I am kinda feeling flat lines , stress and depression and lack of sleep at night I also get bones for no reason a good sign?
I'm not sure if masturbating without porn or fantasies is a relapse bu it definitely slows the reboot. I highly suggest not to masturbate during this reboot because if you stop masturbating for at least a month, you will notice your urges are getting less and less. If I were you (That's what I did) I would instead of masturbating, put your energy in some excersice. Just go out running for a bit. It also helps you to keep your mind away from all the urges sneaking into your head during the relapse. Good luck
