I made out with my wife in bed and got just a little on but as soon as we took off the clothes it shrank. I've been having flat line and just started on Friday (see my timeline). Is making out bad for my reboot ?

Absolutely not! That is considered "rewiring" to a real person. Which is highly recommended. Kiss, cuddle, give her pleasure, enjoy each other, the only things to be avoided is porn, porn fantasy, or any behavior that mimics searching for or watching porn.
The only thing I suggest avoiding is orgasm for a period of time if you have PIED.
