Gel and oil massages?  I don't think that's a great idea.  If I was to be doing that I think it would be called jerking....

It will come back naturally. Theres no need for that forcible stimulation. Your cock is resting, when it wakes up it will be with renewed sensitivity.
Yeah as above said, if you slather shit like that on your doodle its called masturbation.

Took me about 60 days but my libido and sensitivity to my penis has returned and feels "reborn".  I get boners from things that used to excite me when I was 12 and feel like I could O with minimal sensation.

60 days ago I couldn't O with oral, sex, or anything except P.  My boners were soft and would not usually stay hard for sex or oral without playing P in my mind.  Some users have said it takes 6-9 months for it to return for them.  Either way, stay the course man, it's totally worth it!

Thank you guys for your replies.... And karma police it took only 60 days...? Can you tell me your pied history....?

I've been with my wife for about 10 years and I'm 31.  I've always had DE but just recently started having ED issues.  I've been watching porn and was addicted to online video games for most of my life starting about 14.  I started my reboot at the onset of PIED - maybe a couple months in.  I was lucky and found Gabe's post and video while searching for causes of my ED.  I did research here at the nation and yourbrainonporn.com and so many of my problems in life suddenly made sense and have since gone away.  I'm lucky to be married and have been actively re-wiring through the reboot process, which I believe has helped tremendously.

Here's the thing, i have been applying vitamin E oil for about a week now but have also been stretching my foreskin to reveal more of my glans, i have discovered that i have sensitivity in the area under the head that i could never reach before and i feel like sex would be pleasurable now, so i don't know if the vitamin E oil is working or if it is because i have never touched this area before. Vitamin E oil does have nerve healing properties and is known to heal scars, so in my mind applying vitamin E can't be bad for you anyway.
