What's causing this site to glitch?

What's causing the images on this site to glitch? Sometimes there are pictures of people in the link bar, or other weird pictures in the background. At the moment, the profile avatars are all just a white box with a black question mark.

I haven't seen anything like that. Did you install any new software recently? It could be something on your computer that is messing with the site.
