hey guys,
hope everyone is well around the world
I live in Australia, I have recently just discovered all these negative effects about chronic porn/masterbation and have noticed all these facts in my everyday life. The thing is for about 4 years i used to masterbate to pornography every day, sometimes morning and evening. Since the beginning of April this year i have able to abstain from porn and masterbation  but i have only got to 3days max. I started going gym again and feel great , i have seen major changes in my body but even after my gym sesh i still crave that porno/masterbation hit even though im absolutely buggered. Any suggestions?

Hey, welcome Hash1.
I would try removing yourself from your old routine. Say, if you usually watch porn before bed, or while eating breakfast, or at a certain time, make sure you are far away from a computer at that time. Make plans to be out of the house if you can. If after your gym workout is a time when you feel tempted, don't go back to your place right away. Plan your errands at that time so you have to force yourself to cool down.  For the first few days, keeping busy is the key.  I know that's easier said than done. Just don't give up, let your relapses be proof that porn has too big a control on your life and use that as further motivation.  You can do this!
