Hey , so I've known about yourbrainonporn and this for 2 years now and have found it so enlightening and helpful , and finally decided to join the forum. In those 2 years I manged to cope with Pmo better than before when I had no knowledge about it...but  recently things have gone bad again (rock bottom) and have realized that it wasn't working without a forum or support of some type. So, basically I'm just saying hi and I'm glad to be apart of the community here on this forum.

Welcome to the Nation H4T,

It really is important to know you are not alone and to be able to communicate what we are thinking and feeling and engage in conversations with others who are struggling or have struggled with something similar. It is very therapuetic in my experience. I hope you get all the information and encouragement you need from the Nation.

We would love to hear your story and try and answer any questions you have. But just getting your story out can not only help you and lift the weight off your shoulders, but it can and will help others who read it. Knowing you are helping others is one of the best feelings a person can have in my opinion, and tends to be very good at combating withdrawal symptoms and fighting off depression during a reboot.

Hope the best for you
