25 year old male.. I have no problem getting with women, getting with them in a relationship, but every fucking time I get them in the Sack I just cant keep my hard on and can't perform. It's embarrassing.  I've watched porn since I was 16 but never had this problem untill recently. It's like I lead the girl on to this ultimate fantasy and she's like wtf? It's becoming increasingly painful to deal with. I just started taking TEST x180 by force factor, and am thinking maybe a doctor visit is necessary. This has to end.

Welcome to the forum!

It sounds like you could have PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction). What has been seen to work for guys like us, with this problem, is to do a "reboot" where you stop watching porn, abstain from masturbation for a while, and try to focus on other parts of life like being social, working out, meditation and a better diet.

For us young guys (Im 29) it might take longer to "fix" this problem than older guys, because we wired our brain for porn in our teens. I would suggest that you read up on http://yourbrainonporn.com and watch http://youtu.be/wSF82AwSDiU (its the science of PIED in short and very clear).

When/if you decide to do the reboot, it can be a big support to keep a journal on this forum with your thoughts and so on. That way you are not so alone in this very personal problem.

It can be done!

Yes, could be a combination of PIED and performance anxiety. Like PIED could have started it and the recurrent feeling of failure keeps you trapped in this "monkey mind" that makes it impossible for you to stop thinking about not being able to keep it hard/get it up.
I kind of have the same problem, rebooting is probably the way to go!

From YBOP:

I'm very close to 90 days and just want to share my thoughts. In a nutshell, there IS light at the end of the tunnel, but there can be a good month of flatline [no libido] before you get there. From what I've read, the flatline seems to put people off. They go for 7 days and feel like superman. Then it just seems to die. I believe that a short-term reboot will bring short-term benefits. (i.e., 7-day testosterone spike, which is just a taste of things to come).

So if you have no libido know from porn, be ready to no libido part in your reboot, after everything be fine  ;)

So just abstain from porn and masturbation indefinetly?

I think you should educate yourself and make decisions based on your own conclusions. I personally didn't masturbate for the first month, and now I am thinking I will not do it more than once a month to be safe. There are some benefits...
