I just noticed this thread was originally from 2014. This is a great thread and I am glad it has been brought back up. Interesting and astute thoughts Rich! I agree quite a bit with your perspective! One question I have for you is this.... living in the culture we have today how would you go about trying to replicate this porn free world while navigating life today? Are there certain things you would do or say to protect the future generation from this distorted life? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on a call to action. While I agree and appreciate your view I am always looking for different ways to put it to action, lol. You know, gotta try to make the world a better place and all, lol.

I ran across this today. I was looking at some of the women and men on here from the past. @joepanic mentioned in his thread about disappearing members so I started looking. I often wonder about both the men and women. But this thread shows the help we can give each other.

This might be an interesting thread to keep going. What would I do to replicate this porn free world while navigating life today? Do everything I can to let young people know they have self worth and encourage them to greatness and support them in every way i could. I may be cynical but I believe there are 2 kinds of people Those who eat and those who are eaten. I would encourage those who eat to think about their actions and how it affects others and take them to task in asking them "what do you get out of carrying on in this manner?" You take away a man's self worth he is likely going to turn into a porn addict. I often wonder if the girl who "bitch slapped" me when I was 15 knowing I would not hit her back because her "macho tough" boyfriend was nearby never did that How would I have turned out. That moment was one of the defining moments in my development as a teenager. All the neighbourhood kids ever said was "I hear Shannon laid you out good" and a lot of laughter teasing and insults. especially from the girls in the area.
