Porn Induced E.D Explained [Video]

Changes in Lifestyle will do the trick. No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs at all. ANY of these can interrupt blood flow to the penis resulting in diminished libido & cause erectile dysfunction or impotence. Stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, crappy diet or medicines can also cause malfunction at the junction.

I wanted to quickly share my experience. I think Porn induced ED has been affecting me for years. I struggled with my sexuality for years eventually coming out when I was 25. At last I taught all the hardship and mental stress is over. However over the last 5 years every single guy I have been with I either failed to get an erection or lost it. At first I blamed alcohol and then tiredness or depression. But I now realised that it's my addiction to porn and Mausterbation that this ruining my life. I've known this for a long time and have let it destroy any chance I've had of forming a relationship. I now feel worthless and really taught I was cursed or something as it took so long to come out and then this happened. I can never seem to catch a break. I really need to beat this and get my life back on track. I want to enjoy sex and not fear it and constantly have to think of excuses for why I can't get hard. It's so embarrassing and it needs to stop. Any help or advice you guys can give would be amazing.

Hello reboot nation, I am a 24 years old and I have been using porn for years now. I started when I was 15. I was technically a virgin up until a few months ago. I was wondering can rebooting rewire the brain to become aroused by real live partners? I have been with my first girlfriend for about six months now. I have trouble getting hard when its time for sex. I do get aroused by her but the boner does not last very long. I have been doing some research on the internet and most advice suggests that I should quit porn for at least 90 days. Would I be able to engage in any sexual related activities with my girlfriend during my recovery process?

Thanks for any feedback in advance!!

Hey guys,

Just uploaded my new video to The Reboot Nation YouTube channel. This vid is just a brief history of my porn use leading up to when I had ED, and I also covered what appears to be happening in our brains with porn use. Namely sensitization and desensitization.

Hope it helps give you guys a new perspective or refreshes some key concepts, and encourages you guys to beat this addiction. Feel free to share it all over the webs, guys are out there with PIED and have no idea porn can be the cause. Join me in the fight for awareness, save a boner and you just might save a life.
