Query about rebooting

Hey guys,

I'm new here and newly married. Had PMO for a few years before hand although far less regularly (once a week maybe). However now I'm feeling a bit desensitized to my wife's affections in bed.

I guess my question is follows:

As part of the rewire / reboot, should I stop all action or just hand based (my hand or hers). Just trying to work out if cold turkey means just porn or all sexual activity.

Start by cutting out porn and your own hand..

Then the only stimulation you'll get is from her hand and you'll likely respond to it.
