It must be terrible.
I know the feeling of beign unable to stop. Just don't stop! Fap as many times ad you feel in one day. Then, when your penis hurts and you feel exausted, promise to yourself that startying from tomorrow you will not fap anymore in your life. Day 1 will be easy, also day 2 should be. From day 3 on, take some cautions for not relapse. You will be on a new streak and everything will be fine! Those 86 days of nofap weren't wasted time, since your brain rewired in that time. Just take one more day and from monday you will be starting again from day 1.

Good luck and let me know how it develops

Pisces, your 86 days aren't lost. So you didn't make it this time to 90, big deal. It doesn't mean that there was no benefit. And it certainly does not mean that you're at day 1!

Remember what was in place when you were doing well, and get back to that. Quit beating yourself up over this. Forgive yourself, recommit to the process, and keep going.

The reason why you can't seem to stop is entirely based on how you defined your lapse. It could've been a mere lesson to learn, or it could lead you back to old habits. It's up to you how you define it.

You can do this- we all have relapsed at one point or other. It's not how often you fall, but how often you get back up.

Do not worry pisces21, I agree with all other folks here : all of us have known relapses and doubt times, but 86 days cannot be "lost" like this. I've experienced the same feeling of "I can't stop, what happens to me ?" after 96 days, a couple of monthes ago. It took me time and efforts but right now I feel much better. Don't lose faith. Take time if you need it ! Best of luck.

This is a problem with making 90 days your goal instead of getting rid of porn forever.  A lot of people relapse right before 90 days or shortly thereafter mainly because they haven't set up a lifestyle that supports long term porn free.

This time make a goal to get rid of porn forever, starting with FB images and friends who 'sell' their bodies online for attention.  They are everywhere.

This seems like sage advice to me. You have to get rid of all things that are going to be a problem. But at the same time, I think it does help to break life up into manageable chunks of time. When people say take life one day at a time, I view that as setting short term goals like let me try to make it through today (or the next 15 minutes) without going back to the same old bad habit. At least that's my plan anyway.
