Hey guys.
So yeah, the question.
I feel that, the day counting is working for me, great! I am on day 9 atm.
But when should you stop counting?
I feel that, when you count... its just something temporary. Not a full change... its like "being free for 30 days"
I will never go back to porn and self-sex. So how should I do this?

Peace N love.

Short- and mid-termed you won't get around counting, I think. I even doubt that it will stop within two years or so. What you don't want is to get obsessed with counting. Lean back and enjoy the growth. I know, that sounds easier than it actually is. Just deal with it.

Compare it with lifting weights: Did you ever stop counting reps or weight? You always want to go harder, lift heavier. But after a couple of years in the game (I can only tell from my perspective), your attitude changes. You don't care as much as in the beginning, what doesn't mean that it isn't important for you. But what definitely happend, is that I don't let myself influence by success or failure anymore. As long as I see progress over a longer period of time, everything is fine. Same thing with market cycle and conjunctur. As long as there is growth in the long perspective, short-termed failures or not too bad, if you can fix them.

Maybe some day, we won't count anymore. But - again: that's what I believe - there will always be something in the back of our heads, which is not a bad thing. The perspective and attitude towards it is what's important.

I honestly counted days up until 6 months-ish. It just sorta helped me keep track of how far I was. Do it as long as it helps you and as long as you find it beneficial!
