Nothing is enough anymore, more desensatized than anything. When porn won't work I try acting out with people but then no erections because I relied on porn to get me off.

Today is the first day, my first step of really doing something about changing my life. I viewed Gabe's video on Reboot Nation as well as a 4 part video from Gary Martin.

Here's to Day 1.
