day 4, I had a small slip up when I saw someone on tiktok with a twitter account, I looked it up and saw a boner pic. I instantly closed the app and deleted, but I noticed this was the first time I got hard in the middle of the day since quiting, and I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign that after time off I got an erection so fast at the site of a suggestive photo
It's not a sign of anything except you were stimulated by sexual stimuli. That's natural man; if you didn't act out destructively as a consequence is what matters. Even if you did then brush yourself off and keep going.

Almost finished reading Your Brain on Porn and I'm feel equipped to tackle on the challenges that lie ahead of me!
It's been a month for me. I'm so proud of myself and for those who are just starting, you should give yourself a lot more credit! I'm on this so I can stay accountable and really look back and see the changes that happen over time. I absolutely have no cravings and I feel so free.

Congratulations on start of reboot.Start a journal, develop better habits. To beat PMO, learn about reward circuit, withdrawals, reboot phases, focus on the other things in life instead on just quitting PMO.Relapses could happen, the first three weeks will be tough, but understand that these are due withdrawals and chemical changes in brain, go through them to get to the other side.
It's helpful to help others on their journals. These habits are so selfish, so narcissistic, it's actually 'healing' to reach out and help others.

Let's walk together away from a life of selfishness, and self-harm (which is what PMO actually is...).
This is an interesting function, an alternative place to post, saving the journal itself for more 'intense' check-ins.

I'm in a weird place right now, but posting here helps. I know that the normalcy I seek is not to be found in old normals, but in the new, and in God.
