    Relapsed again. Seems being a lone shouldn't be an option. Choose to tell my spouse this time so she can help here as she thinks I'm done with relapsing

    Not sure then but the craving stayed for whole 4 years. I read a book says it's max. 1 year but in my case no its not.

    Addiction for 18 years. Stopped for whole 4 years but after that it's a relapse every couple of months. Think porn has something to do with PE I have which prevents me from enjoying making love with my wife. Today is day 1 again. I'm reading "your brain on porn..." and it's amazing. Thanks...
