If you wish to commit to a reboot then abstain from PMO entirely for at least 90 days. In my opinion, in this case, the footage of your gf is porn. I'd get rid of it.

To answer the OP's question: if you use it the same way you are using porn and it feels the same to you, then it is better not to watch them. If however you feel more along the lines of affection and love, and you do not masturbate to them, I'd say it could be okay to watch them.

Thqnks everyone the only difference is that i don't jack off to my own videos. I might watch it ranDomly one day before making love to my girl for a few seconds and that is all, sorry i didn't specify. I does turn me up and arose me but to me it's not like porn. It might lead to porn but then again anything can. So thanks for you guys advice.

When you watch these videos, even if for you it is nor porn, even if you don't jerk off or anything, you reactivate the old neurological pathways that are involved in watching porn. So it doesn't matter if it's your girlfriend or a gang bang scene on a porn site, your brain will get stimulated and will react as if it was porn.

Well no i wasn't looking for approval but if more than one person is telling me that is bad then i guess I'll go with the majority. My phone had some issues and i had to replace it so my new phone won't have any of that anymore and i won't make anymore because i really want to reboot. I'll do anything too get my life back and if that is the way i ask be more than glad to do it knowing that will take me one step closer to my recovery. Thanks matt71 and dondillon
