I am now feeling great not viewing porn for the past 4 weeks and no PMO. But one part of my habit was once I payed off some of my credit card I would then watch webcam girls and join a porn site and max out the credit card. I have just cleared some of my credit card just an hour ago and my brain is telling me "ohhh, you have some $$$$ to spend", my brain is also saying to me to go shopping for nude girls, and I have just had this strange feeling in my head that my brain isn't used to not viewing porn after doing this to my credit card. The urges come and go but I am now experiencing a new challenge to stop my habits with my credit card. Has anyone else had the same or similar experience to what is happening to me and what they did to stop the brain from telling me to spend $$$ on porn. The feelings in my head are obviously the brain not being used to doing something else other than my bad habits. Would like to get some feedback from you in what you did to stop this secondary distraction in going back to our old ways.
