Here goes, I've been clawing my way out of the shadows for four years now intensively and I was living in complete fear and isolation for my lifetime before that.  I just found this website via a news program on tv.  I'm grateful that I found it and wish to congratulate the founders and all the participants for their courageous work in bring this all together,  it's so needed and I'm sure will benefit so many.

My story, how much time have we got?  I'm going to need to work on summing it all up but suffice it to say, I fully qualify.

Feel good about my first post and looking forward to many more...

Well, got through 24 hours. Proud of myself.  Had a very productive day.  Have not watched porn or 'chocked the chicken'.  Looking forward to day 2.  Thanks for the feedback folks.  It feels good to check in and know that this forum is ALWAYS available.

I'm profoundly saddened to hear the news of Robin Williams passing.  He is a person I always wanted to meet. Such a loss.  Very scary. Hopefully, his passing will speak to so many and raise awareness and services for people who suffer in silence.  Rest in Peace Mr Williams, the heavens must be smiling with you showing up at the Pearly Gates..
