Weed + NoFap?

I had mixed feelings about making this post but I did anyway.

        I am not a regular smoker but I smoke weed maybe about once or twice a month.. I am a beginner and haven't tried it more than 5 times.

I am a serious NoFapper and I dont want to relapse again. Dont want to go back there again. Never again. Anyway my question is, does weed makes the rebooting effect slower or does it have any negavtive effects of any sort. What is your experience with NoFap+Weed?

I personally quit weed during reboot. I am experiencing heavy withdrawal depression and weed just makes me paranoid. My brain is fucked up enough right now. I quit all drugs during reboot.

I used to think it was absolutely a problem, but now I'm not so sure.  Clearly, if you find that weed causes you to have more sexual thoughts, or would be more likely to give in to cravings for PMO, then you should avoid it.  Otherwise, I don't know if it will have a negative effect on your reboot or not.  I think that worrying about dopamine specifically is probably not going to be productive; stay clear of hypersexual thoughts, fantasies, porn and any kind of artificial sexual stimulation, and you should be fine.  If weed makes it harder for you to do that, then avoid the weed.

If I were you, I'd be asking myself why I wanted to use weed in the first place.  Just something to think about...

Hmm thank you for the reply man! :) Well it doesnt make me horny or anything ... I just smoke it as a social thing.

I wouldn't wanna be high on weed, during reboot. Weed always made my orgasms super intensive. This one time I was cumming so hard, I swear something snapped inside my head :)

I think it's probably a good idea to avoid as many extra brain alternating substances as possible while our brain is under the assault of rebooting. Considering weed is well known to cause(or reveal, depending on what you believe) anxiety and considering anxiety can get very serious during the reboot I don't think its the best idea.
