i have tested my erection in the bathroOm by hardly touching my penis.. And it got semi hard.. Today is day 27 or 26 of my reboot.. So why it did nOt erect hardly???? Also tell me is testing is considered as a relapse or nOt??? Please answer these twO Questions.plzzzz

I would have to say that it depends on if you fantasize during the same time, or just went for the "feeling" of it.  Gabe posted an video that covers his views on that topic.
