Hi everyone. Firstly Im so grateful that I discovered Reboot Nation. I have found it so helpful. my struggle started around 12 years old when I found some soft porn mags in my parents study. Also soon afterwards my friends at school invited me to watch a movie round their house. I didn't know what movie it was until it was on. it was a full on porn movie. So from then on I started with PMO. There have been various stages of intensity. Some periods of my life have been worse than others. I'm married now with two kids. I have a terrible sex life. I'm sure I have ED actually because I hardly ever wake up with an erection. I find Im not interested in sex with my wife too. I haven't PMO'd in ages and especially since i found this site. My recent temptation was with sexting which got a bit out of control.

I really need an accountability partner so please PM me if you can help.

Congrats on realising your problem and starting your journey, mate.  Some people who are married find it helps to tell their wives who support them with their reboot.  Often they're grateful that there's a reason behind your lack of interest, one that you're dead serious about working on.  It can take a long time and a lot of patience, but people find that reboots cure their ED eventually.

I agree with this, you should really tell her, it's very tough on a partner to deal with especially if they don't know what's going on, she might start feeling unattractive, that you don't want her etc. It might be tough given that maybe your wife won't like the idea of you sexting someone else.

Dude, tell your wife. It takes the pressure off + she may hold your hand through this.

Since I told my wife about everything, she supports me 100%. Which is a big deal. Being in reboot is confusing at best and it's nice to have someone to lean on. Especially if that someone is your favorite person.
