I relapsed last night after 15 days. I feel ashamed and I promised my girlfriend I would stop. I feel like I let her down and I told myself last night that I do not need this anymore and I'm willing to give it up for good but during my 15 days there was so many things that were pulling me back to watch porn. Any advice on getting away from the distractions I saw Gabes videos on it but I just need more help on distractions specifically.
