I'm feeling a little bit of chest tension, felt it a couple of times before since i started nofap, is this a whitdrawal symptom?

Withdrawals effect everyone differently, sometimes manifesting as physical symptoms.  That said, I've not come across this one.  If it persists I'd visit a doctor.
