Hello everybody,
I have spent the last two years fighting against porn and masturbation. During this time I have collected several periods of complete abstinence, but at the end I was always falling back into the trap of porn, and every time it gets more and more difficult to win this battle.
I am here because I want to help others and at the same time to be helped. I cannot win alone, but fighting together can make a huge difference.
I will try to regularly post my feeling and thoughts in my diary. I hope this is the day that changes my life, my last day of porn and masturbation!
