Does anyone know the full list of symptoms of PIED?
My speech is quite bad... i mean i stutter alot and never have really in the past... i mean nerves effects this but when your stuttering talking to like your mum or sister i mean something is wrong...
I think it has effected my sleeping too as i am now 2 weeks into PMO my sleep has improved in that i fall asleep a lot faster.
My friend has the PIED app and it has things which ask you like is your speech better, do you feel more energetic and stuff like that. I can't get the app so i was wondering on the full list.
I haven't been able to find such a list on the website yet so was wondering if someone could help me out!
