Porn addiction messing up love chemistry?

Hello everyone,

What I've been personally battling with is that since years after my porn addiction I stopped feeling that warm feeling inside your chest when you love someone,
or get as little as a hug from someone. Even a single kiss or holding hands was enough to get me aroused 
Sadly this went away, so I'm wondering is this more common?

Is that while you're regularly engaging in PMO that feeling went away, or during the reboot that it went away?

If it's during PMO, that's incredibly common and is a result of the massive dopamine spikes you're experiencing during PMO desensitizing you to things that would usually be pleasurable.  If it's during the reboot, many people experience a 'flat line' during their reboot, so that's not an uncommon withdrawal symptom.

It's before and during my reboot. I haven't had such a feeling for about 4 years now.

I've had 2 failures about a year ago, but I'm really going for it now.
I started beginning this month and I'm going good
No really temptations, just some weird sexual dreams (no wet dreams luckily).

Well, it all takes time and patience, buddy

If you've been PMOing for a long time and an early age, it's gonna take longer.  I should all come together eventually.

It will probably take a while to get my head straight, but it will be worth it.
I still can remember when I started saying "I never feel truly happy anymore" a few years ago.
With all honesty, I think that are the effects of porn with dopamine spikes too.
All together is creating more and more motivation.

I think it's fairly common, and easily something porn can cause.
But trust me, you can recover from it quickly. Two months of no porn I find myself sometimes hiding erections when I'm just hanging around with my girlfriend. Just a hug/kiss in a nice moment together can feel better and more rewarding than PMO. In that warm and romantic way.
I just gave her a neck rub. She loved it but I'm sure I enjoyed it even more than she did. Just touching her warm skin was incredible.
There's no way I could feel that kind of pleasure, had I been wathing porn day before.
I just couldn't connect to her like that If I was still addicted to porn.
