hello every one;
i'm a 20 years old,i was not a heavy ... user but sometimes i  watched it,i started to reboot from my addiction about a month before,i was free for one month but yesterday when i woke up from midday nap,i felt very exhausted and hopeless that i couldn't control myself from watching porn.
today i did it again and now i'm very upset,i was going to be free but i failed,now i don't know what i have to do...
someting inside me tells me that i have to start again,i have a fear that i wont be successful and i will fail again and again,please help me dear friends...

Most people here have a relapse during reboot and some are heavily addicted and find it tough getting to 7 days let alone 30. This time round you know what you did wrong and you can use your experience to help rewire. The more times you try the more likely you are to succeed.
