So, Day 5 was hard because I woke up and kept getting random erections throughout the day. It is still hard to not asturbate but it's becoming normalized, starting to break the habit. Good luck to you all.
Were you getting erections during the day because of sexual fantasies or looking at wome at the srteet? Observate yourself when you get erections and try to avoid those situatios. This will make your reboot easier.
