I'm struggling with negative idea's (tomorrow i have exam)

Hello,
I'm currently struggling with craving to watch porn and masturbation, because i have exam tomorrow I'm stressed out and burn out i need something to make my mood better so i can study better , but in the same time I'm sober for 1 month and don't want to relapse and get depressed once again i hate when that happen , i need to get advice from you guys so i can pass this situation inside my head, i promised my self not relapse again , but i don't know how this gonna end[size=12pt]

Hey man, hopefully you read this before you take your exam or relapse...but don't give up! Part of the recovery process is learning how to live without the artificial comfort of pornography. It's important to remember that porn doesn't lead you anywhere but down, and that you are capable of doing anything without it. In fact, in due time, you will almost certainly find that you are more capable.

It's the addict in you telling you that porn use will help with your stress, it's a trick and in fact the opposite is true. Relapse will only foster your addiction and the cycle will continue.  See we are porn addicts and we are crazy.  We do the same thing over and over expecting a different result every time. PMO will not lead to anything except more PMO, and the cycle of guilt and shame will continue with it.  You gotta break that cycle or it will break you.  Trust me, relapsing to PMO will not ease your stress, it will only add to it.  Find healthier forms of stress relief.  Write in a journal, meditate, exercise, work on art, anything that eases your mind with healthy stimulation, not artificial over stimulation.  Good luck pal!
