I got addicted to porn because of my atmosphere in classroom where my friends watch porn. I didn't have interest in sex , I was just like kid those days.When. I saw , I felt like hell and I became an addict. I am struggling 6 years. I just wanna be a wonderful man and live a beautiful life can anyone help me.Now i have decided to come out of it .what should i do?

I found the series by Gary Wilson to be incredible as he describes the science behind what is going on upstairs, and HOW it relates to addiction and ways to change your brain. This is just a starting place that I found helpful. Most of all, don't get discouraged and you have taken a very large step here! The irony is that the Internet was instrumental in your addiction, but the Internet can also be instrumental in turning your life around. Think about that for a minute (and anytime you feel the urge to click on that link to another porn video)
