I've had some time to think now and I know what's been holding me back. I've had no real motive. Now I'm ready to give everything to Jesus (btw I'm a Christian). I'm ready to do this, to put to death the sin which has held me back, to end my masturbation once and for all.

My friend, that's really a good motivation. God is the only one who can heal you from your wicked acts. Never never doubt to call Him. He is always there to accept you, He is always there to help you. He even died on the cross for us to be reunited with His father. All you need to do is to call Him. He loves us so much, I promise you, he will transform you to a better person that is porn free and Godly.
