So I am currently seeing an LPC. I'm getting very concerned that because I have insurance he wants to keep pushing his narrative of alcohol addiction meetings, when porn has been the most painful thing in my life. I stopped drinking red wine, in conjunction with quitting a porn addiction.But I go to work every day, and would have some red wine after work. It was 2 to 3 glasses at most. Hes always yelling at me that I need to get to meetings. I'm sensing that hes making this drinking that I did which was 4 days a week for only about 5 to 6 years, over the everyday porn habit that had escalated over the last 20 years but it's been in my life for about 35.. Any help would be so greatly appreciated I'm getting desperate. By the way if you feel that I am ignoring the drinking then I will concede to Is going to both. meetings.
