I'm in a fairly intense state of PIED right now, unable to get and maintain erections without pornography even on my own, and would love to talk about it with a therapist of some sort who is actually up to date on the science regarding the neurochemical process behind PIED and also qualified to help unravel some of my built up anxiety and disconnection around real sex. However, the therapy I've managed to find through my health insurance provider has not given me access to anyone with the relevant expertise. Has anyone found affordable therapy in this realm out there? Unless in the Sacramento Valley or Bay Areas, I would probably be looking for remote sessions.
