I’m beginning my journey to quit porn. I have wasted way to much time on porn and sometimes money from reg porn to only fans etc. I am ready to begin my journey on quitting it.

Thanks for the support everyone. I’m on day 2 of my no fap journey. I am experiencing strong urges today. I am just going to try to focus on my hobbies: exercising, writing and a course I’m taking about finding a life purpose.

Day 2 - good job. One day at a time. Be vigilant. Your brain is going to fight you very hard on this. The devil will try all manner of tricks to get you to go back.

Day 3 of no fap. I’m continuing to stay on track. The weekends are more difficult. Today I am glad I made it through Saturday & Sunday without giving in & I’m going to keep trying to build momentum.
