Still no wet dreams after 105 days of no O... Is this normal?

Is it normal not to have experienced a single wet dream after 105 days of rebooting with absolutely no kind of orgasm at all?

I'm 29 and began using porn since I was 14.

I've seen some improvements as I get aroused more easily than before, but I'm really worried about still not having had a wet dream.

What do you think?

thanks

For the most part they're out of our control, for that reason they should not be a source of worry whether we are having them or not. I have wet dreams most weeks whether I'm binging or on a long porn free streak and they give me a lot of the symptoms a relapse does eg. brain fog, anxiety etc just to a lesser degree.

Do you have vivid dreams?

Hey OSS thanks for the reply.

What do you mean with vivid dreams??
Most of the times I'm unable to remember what I dreamt of the night before. Sometimes I remember and most of the times they are not sex related. Sometimes I wake up in the night with an erection but never a wet dream.

Is this normal?? It's been 108 days with no ejaculation at all.

Thanks!

Wet dream frequency in reboots is extremely variable person to person. I can say truthfully, from what I've seen, that there really is no "normal" in terms of wet dreams. Wet dreams primarily occur to get rid of excess semen - but there are plenty other ways that the body gets rid of semen, as well. As weird as it sound, you may simply just be peeing it out and not even know it. People naturally naturally break down semen, too, so there's a chance that you just have a body that kick ass at breaking semen down! :p

Don't worry about it at all - some people have a shit ton of wet dreams, and other people don't have any at all. It has no effect on recovery in the slightest.

I'm almost 21 and have never had a wet dream. If your experiencing heightened arousal again after 100 days - I would take that as a positive and don't worry one little bit about not having a wet dream. Be thankful for clean sheets and a healthy sex drive!

Keep going man. You have PIED problems or are you reseting for other reasons?
