Porn,masturbation and lack of energy

Hi all
I normally masturbate 2-3 times a day,but recently I had a weekend when I did it like dozen times per day. I noticed that I felt a huge lack of energy some time after it,also as I recall from the past,after restraining from masturbation for just 2 days I felt more energetic. I am a generally low energy and shy guy and I have been masturbating for several years already (I'm 18 now). Obvious conclusion-I'm stopping self-pleasure for having more energy. But one problem popped to my head. If sometime in the future I will have a sex life,say an often one,will it drain me from energy the same as now ? Because I think the drain happens during ejaculation and it happens both when masturbating and having sex. So how can people be writing on forums like" I quit porn and masturbation and now I enjoy sex with my gf even more" ? Isn't the sex draining him off energy the same way as masturbation ?
P.S.I know this is not STRICTLY about porn but I thought this is the best forum to ask my question

12 times in one day? Wow, you just answered your own question on why your energy is low. Someone could probably give you a better answer but your burning through calories, energy reserves, and hormones when you are masturbating that much. It takes alot of energy for your body to produce an orgasm.

I have no idea how to answer your sex question. It does drain your energy as well but I can say after sex I feel much more relaxed, less anxious, and in a good mood for days afterwards. After watching porn and masturbating I feel depressed, anxious, tired, and generally ashamed of myself.
