Thanks for sharing man. It definitely helps to hear someone talk about the same stuff that I've went through. I maybe a little more fortunate than you younger guys. I'm almost forty so we didn't have anything like internet porn, obviously. I remember the first time I discovered a erotic book in my dad's room. That's when I discovered I could make my self feel good by masturbation. Then years later I was able to get vhs tapes. I didn't discover high speed internet porn until I bought my first laptop about ten years ago. Then it was all out fapathon, and you guys know all about the sexual failures and hours behind the screen ext ext. I say I'm lucky because I didn't start until a later age so I'm hoping my "reboot" won't be as long as you younger guys who started with the hardcore stuff. I have not PMO'd since new years eve and it hasn't been easy. But now that I'm learning about this addiction I want to heal more than I want to stay sick. Thank you for sites like this and YBOP. I bought the e book on that site and am reading it now.
