Hi all.
At one point I was posting frequently on this forum (but under another account) and even more so over at Your Brain Rebalanced. I have conquered BOTH porn addiction as well as PIED.
Anyway, today I have been free from porn for about 4,5 years now. And, I've made a short guide where I include some bullet points of things I found to be the most helpful for myself, and what finally made me be able to quit. This bullet list is something I'm giving away fro free right here to anyone who happen to be interested. And if not interested, hey, no big deal
