Feel really determined but scared that it won't last

I have soooo much external motivation such as living a pretty good life. I got friends, good health and building my dream body, girls look at me a lot (not meaning to sound cocky) and I noticed that when I have a great attitude then I can talk to anybody but I also noticed that I have internal emotional issues sometimes. I get confidence form the outside and not within which is not good because when something bad happens then I start running to PMO...sad life because my internal is lacking. Is there anyone that wants to be accountability partners?
